Orders are typically processed within 7 business days but can take up to 12 business days on busier weeks, and THEN your order will ship.

*Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate *Please double check your cart and shipping information when ordering. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once placed! C&R is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages you must work with the shipping provider.

All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will get you a replacement or store credit if replacement is unavailable. Please provide your order number and name to our email ( cocoandrho@gmail.com ) 

Please check the size chart if you are unsure on sizing on Coco & Rho's crewnecks and tees, they are unisex and preshrunk! We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for sizing, so size up if unsure with the fit or fabric, or email us for personal assistance on picking a size! For Coco & Rho individual size charts are on the listings and all items are true to size unless stated otherwise. We don't offer cancelations or changes to orders as they go straight into shipment.
